Konecranes has acquired Polipastos y Instalaciones MEG S.L. (PIMEG), a specialist in crane sales and services based in Sabadell, Spain. The value of the purchase is not being disclosed.
PIMEG specializes in the sales, service, inspections, preventive maintenance, repairs, modernizations and spare parts procurement of crane systems in Sabadell, Catalonia. The profitable company was founded in 2008 and employs 23 people.
