Synthetic Rope

Stronger – higher breaking strength than equivalent sized steel wire rope.
Cleaner – rope lubrication not required and no rusting.

Tilted drum

Improves reeving component life.
Offset reeving minimizes rope fleet angle and increases rope life.
Grooved and painted steel drum tube does not require greasing.

Rope reeving

Exceptionally even wheel load distribution, 45% better wheel loads than our CXT, provides less wear to the wheels and main girder.
Lower fleet angle when raising the load reduces stress on the rope and hoist components.
Ropes do not cross or twist for improved safety.

Synthetic sheaves

Greasing not required and lighter weight generates less wear.

Standard inverter (VFD)

Smooth operation by gradually slowing down a load and smooth acceleration to prevent load swings and improves operational safety.
Variable speed control reduces maintenance costs due to lower wear to gearbox, brakes, and couplers.

New hoist motor

Motor is specifically designed for demanding hoisting (Core of Lifting).

Brake

Lifetime oil lubrication reduces maintenance.
Easy coupler window view where gears are connected to motor does not require removing the motor to complete inspections.

New hook block

Innovative design prevents hook block turning and improves safer lifting.
Polycarbonate covers protects the sheaves and lighter weight improves close-to-hook work.
Hooks hardened to DIN 15401.

SAFE Features

Hook Centering - Eliminates side pull during lifting by automatically positioning the bridge and trolley directly over the load. Faster load cycle times, ease of operation and improved operational safety.
Snag Prevention - Stops all crane movement if the hook, sling, or load accidentally gets caught on an object during horizontal movement.
Follow Me - the crane operator can speed up operation by simply guiding the hook, by hand, safely into position over the load. The crane and trolley automatically follow along, overhead.
