Konecranes’ 2024 Annual Report will be published as a pdf document at the latest on Friday, February 28, 2025.
The financial reports are published in English and Finnish, and they are available at www.konecranes.com after the publication.
The Annual General Meeting is planned to be held on Thursday, March 27, 2025.
Konecranes’ Board of Directors will convene the Annual General Meeting at a later date. A shareholder has the right to have a matter falling within the competence of the General Meeting addressed at the Annual General Meeting provided that the matter is presented in writing in time for it to be included in the notice convening the meeting. A request is considered as having been received in good time if the Board of Directors has been notified of such a request on Friday, January 17, 2025, at the latest.
