    The Konecranes D-series hoist installs seamlessly on Konecranes equipment such as the Konecranes KBK workstation lifting system, jib cranes or overhead traveling cranes and has versatile trolley options for different needs.

  • Gearbox, slipping clutch and brake are maintenance-free for up to 10 years in 1-shift operation.
  • Slipping clutch with speed monitoring for automatic safe stop.
  • Operating limit switches (top/bottom).
  • 24 low voltage contactor control system.
  • Brake with up to 1.5 million switchings vs. 1 million with contactor control.
  • High performance motor capable of 360 cycles per hour even at high temperatures.
  • Smooth starting and braking for low-sway load handling.
  • 2-speed control for increased safety.
  • “Plug & Lift” and “Plug & Drive” electric connections for easy installation.
  • Height-adjustable control pendant can be quickly changed on site without wiring changes.
  • Operating time counter visible to operator on the underside of the hoist.
  • Modular chain hoist design for easier maintenance.
  • Easy-to-replace compact and robust chain.
  • A suitable chain collector box solution available for each hook path (up to 150m or more) and surrounding condition.

The Konecranes D-series hoist offers ergonomic one-handed operation up to 500 kg with an easy-to-use control unit connected to the hoist with a helical cable. The Manulift control unit enables operators to efficiently manage the hoist and guide the load using only one hand, thereby enhancing load handling efficiency. The Manulift is suitable both for right-hand and left-hand operation. It can be easily customized for various tasks with a variety of load handling attachments using the quick-release coupling.
