Terms and Conditions of the Stock Option Plans in brief
The stock options issued under the 2007 Series B stock option plan entitle holders to subscribe a total of 935,700 shares. The share subscription period for 2007B stock options began on May 2, 2010 and will terminate on April 30, 2012. The share subscription price amounts to EUR 25.72.
The stock options issued under the 2009 Series A stock option plan entitle holders to subscribe a total of 733,000 shares. The share subscription period for 2009A stock options will begin on April 1, 2012 and will terminate on April 30, 2014. The share subscription price amounts currently to EUR 12.65.
The stock options issued under the 2009 Series B stock option plan entitle holders to subscribe a total of 744,000 shares. The share subscription period for 2009B stock options will begin on April 1, 2013 and will terminate on April 30, 2015. The share subscription price amounts currently to EUR 22.79.
The stock options issued under the 2009 Series C stock option plan entitle holders to subscribe a total of 731,500 shares. The share subscription period for 2009C stock options will begin on April 1, 2014 and will terminate on April 30, 2016. The share subscription price amounts currently to EUR 31.37.
Currently, stock options issued under Konecranes Plc’s ongoing stock option plans entitle the options’ holders to subscribe for a total of 3,144,200 shares.
