As of November 4, 2011, the following appointments have been made in Konecranes’ management:
Mr Aku Lehtinen has been appointed Senior Vice President and head of region WEMEA (West Europe, Middle East and Africa). Mr Lehtinen was earlier Senior Vice President and head of region NEI (Nordic, East Europe and India).
Mr Tomas Myntti, previously heading Konecranes’ Industrial Cranes business in region NEI, has been appointed Senior Vice President and head of region NEI.
Mr Lehtinen and Mr Myntti report to the head of Market Operations Mr Harry Ollila until the end of 2011 and after January 1, 2012 to Mr Mikko Uhari, new head of Market Operations.
Mr Pierre Boyer, Senior Vice President and head of region WEMEA will be pursuing new opportunities. We warmly thank Mr Boyer for his personal commitment and contribution to the region.
