Konecranes’ 2023 Annual Report will be published as a pdf document at the latest on Wednesday, February 28, 2024.
As of the beginning of 2024, the financial reports are published only in English and Finnish, and they are available at www.konecranes.com after the publication.
The Annual General Meeting is planned to be held on Wednesday, March 27, 2024.
Konecranes’ Board of Directors will convene the Annual General Meeting at a later date. A shareholder has the right to have a matter falling within the competence of the General Meeting addressed at the Annual General Meeting provided that the matter is presented in writing in time for it to be included in the notice convening the meeting. A request is considered as having been received in good time if the Board of Directors has been notified of such a request on Friday, January 19, 2024, at the latest. Konecranes observes a silent period prior to the publication of its interim reports, half-year financial report and financial statement release starting on the last day of the quarter in question.
