Elina joined Konecranes 9 months ago as a Trainee in IT Corporate Functions. Since then, she has started carving out a professional niche for herself, working closely with Platforms Managers.
Although not seeing vast changes in her job titles yet, Elina has nonetheless seen a major increase in trust and responsibilities. Her contract extension reflects her growing role in Konecranes and the confidence her team has instilled in her. According to Elina, she eagerly anticipates more opportunities in the future to deepen her understanding of an interesting field.
Since joining Konecranes, Elina has gained insight into the processes behind user-facing platforms – an experience that has enhanced her knowledge of IT and cybersecurity.
